Shipping
- We ship all orders received before noon on same day. Orders received after noon are shipped on the next day. Our shipping partner is Shiprocket, one of the most trusted and fast delivery services in India.
- You can check your estimated delivery time before your place the order by checking with your PIN code. After ordering, you can track your order through the pink “Track” widget on the bottom right of our homepage.

Payment
The amount charged by you is inclusive of all taxes and duties applicable in India. So, just relax and order.
You will have to cancel your order and reorder as changes in order are not possible once it is placed due to the short time between order receipt and pickup for delivery.
This has never happened. But unfortunately if this happens due to any unforeseen circumstances (such as Acts of God, Lockdown, etc), we will refund your full order value.

Returns
We offer 15 days Return on our products, with some exceptions. Please refer to the Return, Refund & Exchange page for more details.
We never send a defective item. However, if the product gets damaged in transit, you can return or replace it within 15 days of receiving. Please refer to the Return, Refund & Exchange page for more details.
